God gave us a heart for the at-risk youth in Jamaica over a decade ago. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to lead short-term trips to children’s homes, help provide for physical needs, sponsor children, and build life-long friendships with some specific kids. As we served in these ways, God opened our eyes and began to show us a picture of what ministry there might look like. With much prayer, His perfect timing, and faithfulness through unexpected hardships, we are now in Kingston, Jamaica serving long-term. We seek to care well for the youth in our city physically, emotionally, and spiritually; loving them in a way that brings hope and healing through Jesus. We pray that they, too, would become faithful followers of Jesus who make disciples in Jamaica and to the ends of the earth.
