No Shame is a Care Group that seeks to foster a safe environment with the goal of helping Christians experience freedom through transformation in Jesus Christ from the shame associated with varying mental illness struggles such as depression, anxiety, brokenness, and suicidal thoughts; centering on a sound mind, body, and spirit.
