Event Schedule
This is a two-day event taking place Friday evening and Saturday morning. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday. There will be worship, teaching, table conversations, and opportunities for questions.
DAY 1 | FRIDAY
Session 1 – The Story That Changes Everything
We’ll begin at the beginning—John’s breathtaking vision of Jesus as the Word made flesh. Together, we’ll explore how the Incarnation and Resurrection aren’t just theological ideas, but world-changing realities. What does it mean to live as children of the resurrection in a complex world? How do we faithfully belong to God while still living in the systems around us?
DAY 2 | SATURDAY
Session 2 – Living Inside the Story
How should Christians engage culture? Withdraw, fight, transform, or something else entirely? We’ll look at historic approaches, practical frameworks, and the powerful role our language and metaphors play in shaping how we live. Most importantly, we’ll rediscover a deeply biblical vision: God’s people as a kingdom of priests—those who reveal God, lead others in worship, and bring blessing into the world.
Session 3 – Building a Better Story, Bit by Bit
What if following Jesus isn’t just about avoiding and lamenting what’s broken—but actively cultivating what is beautiful? We’ll explore what it means to build meaningful work, steward money faithfully, invite others into a life of peace, and tell a more compelling story with our lives. This session is about small, faithful steps that shape a whole way of life.
