When will Citylight Kids gather in-person again?
Citylight Kids is currently gathering in a limited capacity for children infants - 5th grade at both the Midtown and West locations. If you would like your child to participate, you will need to register with KidCheck. Registration will open each Tuesday morning. Registration is not required, but it may ensure your child has a spot in their age-appropriate classroom.
Will Citylight Kids online content still be available?
Online curriculum and content will still be available and families are encouraged to utilize it throughout the week on the CLK Facebook Group.

Which age groups will be available?
At this time CLK will be available for infants through fifth grade during the 9 AM gathering and 11 AM gathering at both the Midtown and West Omaha locations. Children of all ages are always welcomed and celebrated in the multi-generational gathering. Additionally, resources will be made available throughout the week in our Facebook group to equip parents to coach their kids on participating in the multigenerational gathering as well as on Sunday morning in the sanctuary.
How does my child participate in Citylight Kids?
To best serve Citylight children and families we are asking that you pre-register your child. For the health and safety of our family, there will be limited spaces available, so to best prepare your child and family please register at the location where you plan to gather. Registration will be sent out weekly in the Citylight Kids weekly newsletter, and be available at citylightomaha.org/kids.
What safety precautions is CLK taking?
We ask if you or an immediate family member are not feeling well that you gather with us via the livestream for Citylight Kids content or on our Facebook group. Children with a fever over 101 degrees, runny nose, persistent cough, or other symptoms of illness will be asked to remain with their parents in the gathering.
Citylight Kids classrooms are disinfected and cleaned before and after each gathering. Toys are also regularly cleaned during class if needed.
What should I expect when my family arrives?
We are so glad you are coming! Please park and walk to the entrance with your household keeping a 6 foot distance from other households. There will be greeters at the doors and ushers to assist you into the building, and direct you to our Citylight Kids space.
To check in your child in to Citylight Kids, please ensure you have pre-registered and proceed to the Citylight Kids Space. If you pre-registered, your child's name tag and guardian receipt will already be printed and you may escort your child directly to their classroom. If you did not pre-register, you may visit a check-in team member to determine if your child's classroom is open or closed. Check-in will close for pre-registered children not present at 9:05 and 11:05. Children on the waitlist will then be checked-in to the available classrooms.
